I spent five years in the room every weekend.
Holding space, witnessing clearings, transformations, evolutions. Singing, seeing, integrating. The co-creative energy of a group in a shared container, the way group work coalesces into something you can feel moving through the room. I was in love with every moment.
Then motherhood arrived and everything slowed down in the way it's supposed to. Not a stopping, a slowing. A different kind of work began, quieter, more internal, one person at a time instead of the whole room at once. I stopped seeing the entire energy of a space and started seeing one thing at a time with more precision. What I missed the most turned out to be medicine. The pace of it, the intimacy of it, the way working one-on-one let me see what had actually settled in me, what had been burnished over years of holding space, what I now carry differently than I did before.
Three years is a long time. I feel it now, the readiness, like the pause has done what it came to do.
So I'm coming back. Smaller. More intentional. Not every weekend, not a full calendar of events, just one room at a time, held carefully, with people who are ready.
On July 28th, I'm hosting my first group experience in over three years.
It's an intimate evening, 5 people, a guided group past life regression journey and soundbath, co-hosted with Carla of Cosmic Vibes Holistic Healing in Palos Verdes, CA. Held under the Full Moon in Aquarius. The Aquarius Full Moon pulls collective contracts to the surface, the patterns passed down through lineage, absorbed from culture, the ones you never consciously agreed to carry. It's the right moon for this kind of clearing.
When people enter a shared space together, something happens that I genuinely can't replicate in a one-on-one session. The field opens differently. What one person releases ripples. The clearing compounds. People walk out changed in ways they couldn't have predicted going in.
